French Iron King Cover

Check this out. This is the French cover for The Iron King.

It's slightly darker then the original, and the title is different. Below the little crown on the right it reads: The Invisible Realms. And the front title says: The Cursed Princess.

I like it. What are your thoughts?

And, if anyone can read French, here is the post that features it. :)

*Imagines Ash speaking French.* xD

  1. Interesting..."The Cursed Princess" even sounds more tragic. Still, the cover is beautiful! Thanks for sharing. Always fun to see how themes/covers are altered for different countries.

*HUGE fan of this series! I'm twiddling my thumbs (and pulling out my hair) for The Iron Knight ;)

  3. Hi ! Yeah I'm so happy the french readers will finally join us in our hudge crush for these books !
Titles are strange...sadly the "fey" are missing.. But those titles also bring a touch of magic and mystery, so why not..
Best regards from the Frenchies :-)

  5. Yay! Now I can make my friends read your book!! As for the title it's nice and way better than a word for word traduction, «Le roi de fer» does not sound awesome!

  7. It's lovely, I actually like it better well except for the title (maud...). I think the depth got to me and the new titles are okay but I miss fey but like Drama Queen said, it wouldn't sound or look as good as 'fey' does in English.
Ash speaking French: Why not! If I ever got the chance to hear it...oh gosh...I concur with RivRe.
I'm so glad the French are being introduced to your wonderful series.
    Always luving, -ww-

  11. AH! I LOVE IT! I really like how the trees fade into color at the bottom. And the other title - really snazzy! I now need to go check out the French post and see how much of my French I still remember.

    Hi,

I'm from Singapore and I really love your books! You are a genius! I'm also really happy that finally someone has a character in their book with the name Meghan! My name is spelled differently, but is pronounced the same way!

Thank you so much for being awesome and amazing! :)
